Double-Blind Peer Review
The identity of the author(s) is removed from the manuscript and remains concealed from the reviewers throughout the review process. Reviewers receive the manuscript without any information that could reveal the author(s)' identity. The removed details include the author(s)' name(s), organizational affiliation(s), country, phone number, and email address. Additionally, any information in the acknowledgments or conflict of interest statement that might lead to the identification of the author(s) is deleted before the manuscript is sent to the reviewers.
Manuscripts are assigned to members of the journal's editorial board or other qualified reviewers. The review process is conducted through a manuscript management system. Reviewers provide one of the following recommendations:
- Unconditional Acceptance
- Conditional Acceptance (authors are invited to revise their manuscript to address specific points before a final decision is made)
- Rejection in Current Form (however, authors are informed that further work may justify resubmission)
- Outright Rejection (typically due to lack of novelty, insufficient conceptual advancement, or major technical/interpretive issues)
Upon completion of the review, a Review Certificate is issued to the reviewers.
